Dayforce Advisory Partner
Advice on your side, from before you sign to long after go-live.
Dayforce rewards organisations that decide well: which modules, which processes, which data, which order. We help you make those decisions, hold the project to them and get the value out afterwards.

Three stages
Where are you on the journey?
Pick the stage you are at. Each one stands on its own, and they join up when you want them to.
Decide well.
Requirements and module fit, scope and the statement of work, a data and integration inventory, the business case, and how to choose and brief an implementation partner. We help you understand the Dayforce decisions that are hard to change later.
- Requirements and fit
- Scope, statement of work and commercial review
- Data, integration and payroll inventory
- Business case and roadmap
A lead on your side.
A client-side lead and design authority who keeps the project honest: design reviews, data migration checks, test planning, payroll parallel runs, cutover readiness, change and training. Acquisitions, divestitures and fixed-scope integrations are scoped the same way.
- Client-side lead and design authority
- Data migration and testing assurance
- Parallel runs and cutover readiness
- Change, training and adoption
Stabilise, then optimise.
The first pay runs, the workarounds that crept in, the configuration that was rushed: we help you stabilise, then plan the improvements that get the value the business case promised. Many engagements continue into managed support with the same people.
- Hypercare and stabilisation
- Configuration and process review
- Improvement plan and ownership
- Transition into managed support
How we work
Clear, concise and on your side.
Our advice is written for you, in plain terms, with the trade-offs made clear. We work in short, visible cycles with regular checkpoints, so the project stays aligned with what the business asked for, and we build your team’s self-sufficiency as we go.
Experience you can ask about.
DF Assist’s leadership have more than 100 HRIS implementations behind them, in consulting and in end-user organisations. Ask us about the ones most like yours, and meet the people proposed for your project before you decide.
What you get
Deliverables are agreed for each engagement; these are the ones most clients ask for.
Straight answers
Questions about advisory.
What does a Dayforce Advisory Partner do?
We advise organisations that are choosing, implementing or running Dayforce, and we work for the customer. We know how the platform is implemented, so our advice is practical, and we say plainly where a decision is yours to make.
Can you lead our implementation?
We lead the client side: requirements, design decisions, data, testing, parallel runs, cutover and change. Where a programme needs implementation delivery as well, we confirm the delivery scope, responsibilities and arrangements before proposing it.
Can you help with an acquisition or divestiture?
Yes. Bringing a new business into Dayforce, or separating one out, needs a clear plan for entities, pay groups, data, integrations and timing. We have done this work and can scope it with you.
What happens after go-live?
Stabilise first, then optimise. Many advisory engagements continue into managed support with the same people, so the knowledge built during the project stays with your service.
